Restorations Leadlights

Any windows that have broken glass or damage lead, qualify for this process. In many cases they have become weak from the fierce elements of nature and require a full rebuild using the original glass. We re-construct the leadlight with new lead core keeping the original elegance.

Leadlight Repairs (On Site Or In The Factory)

We have mastered the technique of on-site repairs to damaged leadlights. This effectively can prevent damaged paintwork, quick turn around, and is very cost effective in some cases. Removing damage to be repaired can result in even more damage, ie full rebuild. We have an extensive range of old glass and in most cases your original glass can be easily matched.

Security Film

A great new product on the market used to secure and strengthen glass that does not comply with council standards. This is a great piece of mind product that is clear as the glass it is applied to.

Tint

Solar films for flat glass reflect up to 79% of the suns energy while leaving the glass transparent, protecting carpets and all furniture in household, eg antiglare, heat reduction and privacy.

Frosted film

Frosted film is the effective and affordable solution to all flat glass problems. In a privacy situation, frosted film creates the perfect ambiance protection needed to relax in any environment. Glassarts Frosted Films are designed to create a light etched image on glass or acrylic, capturing maximum light with out decreasing its intensity.

An age old craft that is still very popular creating maximum light and style. Privacy being a big issue today with all compact urban living, and neighbours building to close for comfort. This technique can create personal input that is very functional.

Insurance Sandblasting / Leadlight

Breakages do happen and especially to old sandblasted front doors and leadlights. The classic slightly kitsch décor designs of the past years, are now becoming fashionable again.
